What does your maintenance service actually include?
Our maintenance service covers everything that keeps your home in perfect condition. This includes interior and exterior painting, wall plastering, minor repairs, window and door maintenance, and general upkeep of the property. We handle both planned maintenance and smaller works that come up over time, so your home always stays in top shape.
Can you take care of our home while we're not in Spain?
Absolutely. Many of our clients spend only part of the year on the Costa Blanca, and we manage their home in between. We coordinate the work, oversee the execution, and send you clear updates with photos. You stay fully informed without needing to be on-site.
Do you handle urgent repairs, or only scheduled maintenance?
Both. We offer a structured maintenance plan to prevent issues before they happen, but we’re also available for unexpected situations such as a leak, a broken window, or a failing appliance. A single call is enough to put things in motion.
